RETURN POLICY

Modern Material wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, return it within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly exchange your item, or refund the purchase price by the original purchase method. Please indicate if the product is defective or if you simply choose not to keep it. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

We prefer returns be sent to Modern Material by UPS, Fed Ex, or U.S. Mail with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Ship items carefully wrapped and packaged, along with your order summary to:

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to annie@modern-material.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once a product has been shipped, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy if you would like to purchase a different product. Modern Material will be happy to assist you.

Ohio state residents are automatically charged applicable sales tax.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping takes place within five days after we receive the order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Modern Material products will be available for purchase online if the product is currently in stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, the item will not be available for purchase. Many items are limited editions and are subject to availability.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Modern Material ships to all domestic addresses via USPS in accordance to the shipping methods selected during the checkout process. All P.O. box shipments are sent via U.S. Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We gladly ship orders internationally. All orders for shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states will be sent via U.S. Mail and billed at the prevailing rate based on size and weight.
